Nestworthy Inc. is a Delaware C corporation based in Plano, Texas, building purpose-built operating software for active real estate investors. Our customers own and operate residential and small-commercial portfolios across the United States. They need professional-grade tooling without the overhead of legacy property-management or accounting platforms.
Our platform consolidates the operating layer of a real-estate portfolio: property and loan tracking, bank-transaction categorization aligned to IRS Schedule E, Real Estate Professional (REP) hour logging with audit-ready documentation, construction-project management with contractor coordination, and CPA-ready tax filing packages that capture the entire year's activity in a single shareable digest.
We integrate with bank accounts via Plaid, payments via Stripe Connect (funds flow directly between tenant and landlord — Nestworthy never touches the money), and email via Gmail OAuth for receipt and metadata processing. We never collect or store sensitive PII beyond what's required to operate the product, and all OAuth tokens and sensitive fields are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.
